Please check the official start date of your course! If it is a late-start class, WebCT access will not be available until 5 days prior to the start date.

 
If you are trying to log in to your WebCT account and are having problems, please note the following:

  • Your WebCT ID is your 7-digit DVC ID number. (It is not the same as your WebAdvisor ID which contains the first letter of your first name, your last name and the last 3 digits of your id number).

  • In the event that you do not know your 7-digit DVC ID number, it should be on the printout you received when you registered for classes. It is also on your DVC Connect Card, if you have one, or on the printout your received when you applied to DVC originally. If you cannot find your number, click here to download a word document with information on how to retrieve your ID.

  • Your password is your 6-digit date of birth. However, if you had a WebCT account in a previous semester and if you had changed your password to something else, your password will still be whatever you changed it to!

Should you still be unable to log in to your WebCT courses successfully, contact me with the following information:

  • A brief explanation of your problem
  • Your first and last name
  • The WebCT course(s) you are enrolled in - including section number(s)
  • Your DVC ID number
  • Your date of birth
