Group Exercise Emphasis:

The sequence of courses for the Group Exercise Emphasis will be the same as that for the Personal Training Emphasis except:
A) Do not take PETHE 291, PE 123, or PE 124, but instead take the following:
B) Take PETHE 293 during the summer instead of PETHE 291
C) Take 1 unit from the list of group exercise activity courses each semester (a minimum of two different courses must be taken ):
PE 107 Stretch and Yoga for Sports
PE 114 Beginning Hatha Yoga
PE 116 Step Aerobics
PE 121 Aerobics
PE 126 Super Circuit
PE 127 Hips, Thighs and Abs
PE 128 Cardio Kickboxing
PE 129 Cycling / Spinning / Training
